FAREI JOIAS EM NEW YORK
O “Farei Joias” foi representado presencialmente no Museum of Arts and Design – MAD e Pratt Institute do Brooklyn, no dia 13 de novembro, por Anajuly Carneiro, aluna que faz parte do projeto desde sua fundação e atualmente cursa o “Farei Joias Avançado 2023”. Ela é uma das dez que compõem a exposição “Singularidades de um Brasil Criativo”.
Anajuly produziu braceletes escultóricos não apenas para vestir, mas também como adornos para além do corpo, a fim de compor vários espaços. Verdadeiras obras únicas, com registro individual em blockchain. Após serem expostos durante a semana em Nova York, esses braceletes também participarão de futuras mostras em galerias. Cada um deles possui selos com a marca do evento, produzidos pela Casa da Moeda através do Correio Brasileiro, que serão utilizados pela artista posteriormente.
A NYCJW23 é um evento que ocorre por toda a cidade de Nova York, apresentando diferentes ações e formatos, como celebrações, painéis presenciais e virtuais, exposições, leilões e muito mais. As atividades são agendadas para horários e períodos específicos nos dias que antecedem a semana oficial ou durante toda a semana em galerias, institutos, museus e vários outros locais. É o epicentro do mundo dedicado à joalheria global, e este ano conta com a participação de mais de 300 joalheiros.
Um exemplo disso é o painel virtual com três executivos que compartilharão como levaram adiante o legado histórico de uma marca e o espírito de seus fundadores carismáticos com autenticidade, ao mesmo tempo que permanecem relevantes hoje. Um desses executivos é Gabriel Sauer, que irá compartilhar como a @sauer se reinventou com sucesso ao longo do primeiro século
The “Farei Joias” was presented in person at the Museum of Arts and Design – MAD and Pratt Institute in Brooklyn on November 13th by Anajuly Carneiro, a student who has been part of the project since its foundation and is currently enrolled in the “Farei Joias Avançado 2023” program. She is one of the ten individuals who make up the exhibition “Singularities of a Creative Brazil.”
Anajuly produced sculptural bracelets not only to wear but also as ornaments beyond the body, aiming to complement various spaces. These are true unique works with individual registration on the blockchain. After being exhibited during the week in New York, these bracelets will also participate in future shows in galleries. Each of them has stamps with the event’s brand, produced by the Brazilian Mint through the Brazilian Postal Service, which will be used by the artist later.
The NYCJW23 is an event that takes place throughout New York City, featuring different actions and formats, such as celebrations, in-person and virtual panels, exhibitions, auctions, and much more. Activities are scheduled for specific times and periods in the days leading up to the official week or throughout the week in galleries, institutes, museums, and various other locations. It is the epicenter of the world dedicated to global jewelry, and this year it includes the participation of over 300 jewelers.
An example of this is the virtual panel with three executives who will share how they have carried forward the historical legacy of a brand and the spirit of its charismatic founders with authenticity while remaining relevant today. One of these executives is Gabriel Sauer, who will share how @sauer has successfully reinvented itself over the first century.
